Privacy notice
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
What we collect
Your name, email, mobile number and password (stored encrypted) when you create an account. When you register for a challenge we also collect your shirt size, shipping address, recipient name and phone, proof-of-payment screenshots, and screenshots of your run activities.
Why we collect it
To confirm your registration and payment, verify that you completed your target distance, ship your kit and finisher medal, send you updates about your registration, and issue your e-certificate. We do not sell your personal data.
Who can see it
Only Agimat Runverse administrators and verifiers can see your contact details, address and uploads. Your shipping details are shared with our courier partner only to deliver your package. If you opt in, your name, category and bib number appear on the public finisher wall.
How long we keep it
We keep registration records for as long as needed to run the challenge and handle concerns afterwards, and for at most two years after a challenge ends unless the law requires longer.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you may access, correct, or ask us to delete your personal data, and object to its processing. You can update your profile and shipping address from your dashboard, or message us on our Facebook page for anything else.
